Right now the camping stove and bucket work - but theyre not going to cut it long term. We need to build a kitchenette to make meal prep a LOT easier.

Our long term plan is to construct a cabin, overlooking the lake. There's a lot of work to do before we're at that point - so we're sharing our whole journey.

We’re working on a rain water collecting and storage system which means gutters, IBC containers, filters etc. All to be attached to the bunkie/tiny cabin and the bathroom bunkie.

If you’ve seen the videos, you know how steep our shoeline is. We need to build in steps and some form of dockconnector

We need to improve the power situation here at the tiny cabin, so we’re researching solar options to power our lighting and gadgets

We’re a fair way from the nearest cellular tower - so our signal is usually at around “1 bar”. We’re looking at adding a cell booster to improve communication and stay online/

The camping cots we have are “OK” but we have a grand plan for a fouton-bunk-bed extravaganza.

We’re starting to get a little cranky with the mud and dirt outside the cabin door. A small deck is on the cards!

A lower priority for our decking is a small deck overlooking the lake. Sitting in the morning, having coffee by the lake is a really strong ‘want’
